First Error:

Solution: Go to Services and make sure the SMTP Service is running (Don't trust the Feature Manager)
Second Problem:

objClient.DeliveryMethod = SmtpDeliveryMethod.PickupDirectoryFromIis;
objClient.Send(objMail);
The Delivery Method is the key.
